Michael Levitz, born in Queens and raised on Long Island, has built a tremendous reputation in representing injured New Yorkers in Personal Injury actions. Michael has an understanding of what it means to be from New York. The hustle and work ethic that is needed to serve our community comes natural to Michael. 

After graduating from law school, Michael immediately began his legal career by representing injured New Yorkers in Personal Injury matters. Over the years, Michael has gained extensive courtroom and trial advocacy experience and takes pride in representing those who have been hurt due to no fault of their own. 

Michael is always prepared to put up a fight against some of the biggest insurance companies around. Michael has also distinguished himself as an Appellate Advocate and has had some report decisions come out of the Appellate Division, Second Department, one of New York’s toughest Courts. He has established himself as a tough and skilled negotiator who is able to settle cases for maximum value. 

During the span of his career, Michael has successfully obtained millions of dollars in settlements for his clients and looks forward to ascending to the greatest heights of the legal profession.

Michael was recently named by The National Trial Lawyers Association as one of the Top 40 National Trial Lawyers under the Age of 40 and has been selected as a Rising Star by the Super Lawyers Magazine since 2014. IN 2020 Michael obtained a Top 20 Settlement in New York as well as a Top 50 Verdict.

Michael is enthusiastically involved his community activities outside the practice of law, and served as Mock Trail Coach for Hempstead High School during all three years of law school.
